Nannies House Inc. is a non profit organization dedicated to supporting the community in need of safety, stability, and a fesrh start. Our mission is to uplift those facing homelessness, and other crisis by providing compassionate, trauma-informed care and comprehensive support services.
Based in Palmdale, California , Nannies House Inc. offers a safe haven where veterans, Women, Children , The elderly, LGBTQ+ and anyone in need can access transitional housing, case management, life skills training, re-entry services, job readiness programs, mental health resources and referrals. A caring community that believes in their potential.
We understand that healing and rebuilding takes time and no one should do it alone or feel alone. At Nannies House Inc. We empower our community to become self- sufficient and provide a enviroment with security so theres room to grow, learn, and thrive. We exist to break the cycle of instability and restore hope one person at a time.

We have a tailored system to be able to find what each individual will need help with and to focus on the needs of each person differently. Oild our life skills classes offer a wide range of support to help individuals with money management, saving skills, communication techniques, mental health resouces. We understand how mental health is a top priority with shaping every part of our live. We offer support to help be able to cope with stress, build healthy relationships, make good decisions and handle lifes challeneges. We also offer skills to help obtaining a job such as resume building, interview preparation and pre interviews so your ready when the offer comes.

Founded in June, 2021 Nannies House Inc. Was established to help the community and also surrounding areas facing hardships The CEO Monque Butler Jones has a personal passion for helping the under served communites which turned into Nannies House Inc. With the eager desire to create change and help each person one day at time came the success of creating Nannies House Inc.

Life Skills
Our Life skills education group meetings are focused on helping the underserved community gain the skills they need to be able to live life without the feeling on not "knowing" Our groups help with Financial literacy, money management, Saving and banking, Budgeting, Understanding taxes, Re-entry plans, Accessing medical care, personal hygiene, Grocery Shopping, cooking and meal planning, basic home maintenance, Conflict resolution, Active listening, Mental Health awareness, Time management, and simply asking for help when its needed.
Job Readiness
Resume and application skills, Writing a professional resume, Completing jobs applications correctly, Crafting cover letters, Interview preparation, mock interviews to build confidence, understanding how to dress and behave professionally, Basic Technology skills, using email, word processing, Job search websites, setting short and long term career goals, Teaching how to handle challenges calmy, Making decisons independently, Priotizing tasks, Managing schedule, Meeting deadlines, Following directions, and a long list of other education materials for job readiness
Transportation
We provide reliable transportion, Bus passes and Metro passes for job interviews, Basic Grocery shopping, Doctors appointments, and other essential activities. This service is designed to help ease the transition back into everyday life and ensure our participants can access the resources they need to move forward with confidence. Transportation in todays society is an crucial lifeline to maintain independence. We help our clients achieve that.
Housng and Food services
At Nannies House Inc. We understand that safe, stable housing and consistent access to nutrious food are foundational to long term self sufficiency. We currently provide Transitional support to our community in need, With services that include temoporary housing assistance, Grocery support, amd meal provision. As part of our long term vision, We are actively seeking to secure a dedicated facility that will allow us to expnad our capacity, offer on site services, medical care and needs for our community that ar eenduring health issues, provide a stable and trauma informed enviroment where our clients can heal and thrive. This next step is crucial to advancing our mission and meeting the groeing needs of our community enduring homelessness.
